Dianne Bjork is Vice President of Financial Operations within The Bancorp Bank Payment Solutions Group. Based in Sioux Falls, she has more than two decades of experience in the banking industry. Bjork is responsible for the financial operations of new and existing prepaid card and benefit card programs. She is also responsible for the MIS and Reporting unit within the Payment Solutions Group.  

Bjork began her career with The Bancorp Bank in 1999 serving in the Credit Card division as a Financial Analyst and Credit Risk Project Manager. In 2003, she moved to the Payment Solutions Group and served as an Accounting Manager, Financial Operations Manager and most recently as Vice President of Financial Operations. Prior to joining The Bancorp Bank, Bjork was employed for 16 years in the credit card division at Citibank, N.A. in South Dakota. She also served in a variety of positions in Operations and Finance.

Bjork holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of South Dakota. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of South Dakota and attended additional classes at Arizona State University to obtain a major in accounting.
