The Bancorp (headquartered in Wilmington, DE, with operations within Europe) is pleased to announce that it has joined MasterCard as a benefactor of The Catalyst, a new initiative being launched by the Emerging Payments Association (EPA).

Based in London, The EPA brings together companies across the emerging payments spectrum to help shape the future of the payments industry. The EPA is dedicated to making the United Kingdom the global leader in payments innovation by attracting investment capital and creating a hospitable regulatory environment for innovators, new entrants and disruptors.

Designed to help incubate companies where payments is at the core of their business model, the Catalyst perfectly embodies the mission of the EPA. Qualifying members of the EPA become Rising Stars at no additional cost, getting access to workspace in London Bridge, mentoring, fundraising, specialist guidance, introduction to potential partners, and education and training to showcase new products.
