  2. The Reward Your Performance Mastercard® is accepted at millions of locations worldwide wherever Debit Mastercard is accepted.

 

  1. Is my card the same as a credit card?
  2. No, your card is not a credit card. You can only spend the amount on the card.

 

  1. Is my card like a debit card?
  2. No. You do not have a traditional bank account associated with the card. Funds are loads directly on the card.

 

  1. Can I spend more than the balance on my Reward Your Performance Mastercard®?
  2. No. You can only spend up to the amount that has been loaded onto your Reward Your Performance Mastercard® account. If you try to use your card to make a purchase and you do not have enough funds in your account, your card may be declined.

  2. You can review all of your card activity online at www.consumercardaccess.com/madisonryp or by calling the Customer Service Center toll-free at 1-866-208-3233. Transactions will be updated periodically each business day.

  2. Yes, you can make purchases on the Internet with your card up to the value of the card. However, before you can make a purchase online you will need to update your home address on this website. Many websites will ask for your billing address, and this must match your information on this site in order to process your order. Update it here, then go shopping. You can then enter your card number, expiration date and any other information requested by the Internet site as you would with any other Mastercard®.

If you did not provide this information when you activated your card, you may not order a replacement card.

 

  1. Can I get cash from my Reward Your Performance Mastercard®?
  2. No. Although this is a card, it cannot be used at ATMs, bank tellers, or other entities for cash.
