The Bancorp branchless business model reduces our use of brick-and-mortar retail locations to serve our clients, which reduces our use of land and energy resources and minimizes our climate impact.

Our daily business practices promote environmental responsibility through reduced air, train, and vehicle travel. We also sponsor our employee-driven "Green Team" to minimize waste and encourage in-office recycling and other environmentally-friendly practices.

By using digital resources, we have minimized the use of paper and plastics in our business processes. Our clients and business partners are able to use electronic signatures, digital documentation, and virtual cards to enable account opening, loan applications and processing, and funds deposit and distribution.

Located in New York, New York, the New York Botanical Garden is a champion of plant research and conservation. The organization launched the Bronx River Watershed Health & Resilience initiative to protect the native biodiversity and keep the Bronx River healthy as it is New York City’s only freshwater resource. New York Botanical Garden collaborates with other conservation organizations and volunteers to improve the health of the river and make a positive impact to its surrounding communities.

Located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Friends of the Big Sioux River is dedicated to the protection and restoration of the Big Sioux River, its watershed, and improving the water quality through community education and building a conservation outlook. The Big Sioux River is the largest water resource for Sioux Falls and its surrounding communities.

The Delaware Nature Society has sites in Wilmington, Hockessin, and Milford, Delaware, focuses on the preservation of land, wildlife, and watersheds. Driven by three main pillars, education, conservation, and advocacy, the Delaware Nature Society concentrates its watershed preservation and restoration on tributaries of the Delaware River.
