CONTRIBUTING TO COMMUNITY GROWTH

The Bancorp is committed to improving the quality of life in our local communities starting with our Community Reinvestment Act Program. In addition, we provide volunteer opportunities, offer financial support, and have expanded access to critical resources that benefit low- and moderate-income families.

Financial health is essential for individuals and communities to thrive. The Bancorp, in partnership with EVERFI®, provides online financial education courses that include banking and managing credit and debt. Available to educators and families, the classes are hosted on the EVERFI platform and are free of charge.

The Bancorp nurtures a diverse and inclusive environment where all perspectives and skills are welcomed and respected. To further empower our employees, we established seven Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that align with our employees' interests or affinities, and offer leadership opportunities and ways to give back to our local communities.
