The Bancorp’s branchless business model reduces the need for physical locations, conserving land and energy resources while minimizing our environmental footprint. This digital-first approach also enables us to lower emissions and reduce paper and plastic waste through electronic documentation, virtual cards and other sustainable banking technologies.
Across our operations, we continue to find ways to use resources wisely. We limit air and vehicle travel, implement energy-efficient practices and empower our employee-led Green Team to champion recycling and waste-reduction initiatives throughout our offices.
